ORDER

The learned Government Advocate submitted that the order passed 1/4

in the Writ Petition, which has been subsequently clarified in the interim order passed on 12.07.2024 in this Contempt Petition, has been complied with, through G.O.1(D) No.216, School Education Department, dated 08.10.2024.

2. Insofar as the disbursement of the benefits is concerned, the learned Government Advocate produced a copy of the proceedings dated 26.11.2024, whereby a sum of Rs.1,70,208/- has been disbursed to the petitioner on 25.11.2024.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be willful in nature. However, if the petitioner is of the view that any further amount is due, liberty is granted to her to workout her remedies in accordance with law.
