2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of the condition relating to the bond amount from Rs.15,000/- to Rs.10,000/-.

3. It is seen that the allegation against the petitioner relates to cheating. Upon perusing the petition, this Court does not find any valid reason to entertain the present modification petition. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
