This Court has set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first appellant/ Sambasiva Mudali in S.A. No.895 of 2012 vide order dated 12.09.2024 in C.M.P.

No.4233 of 2022.

Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed to bring on record the Legal Representatives of the deceased first appellant/ Sambasiva Mudali as fifth appellant in this second appeal is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
