ORDER

Heard Ms.S.Renuka Devi, learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. Since this Court is closing this Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioners to file an appeal, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. Under Section 30 of The Workmen's Compensation Act, an appeal against the order granting compensation lies to the High Court. Hence, the petitioner may avail such remedy.

4. In view of the alternate remedy, the Writ Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioners to file an appeal within a period of 30 days from today. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
