ORDER

This writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct the first respondent to fix the date for final hearing in R.P.No.156/2022 pending on the file of the first respondent for speedy disposal.

2. The petitioner is a hereditary trustee and interested in the affairs of the temple. While so, the revision petition filed by the private respondent against the order of eviction is kept pending. The petitioner prays that the same be disposed of at an early date. It is also brought to the notice that the connected revision petitions were directed to be disposed of on or before 31.08.2025.

3. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of with the following directions:- (i) The first respondent shall dispose of the revision petition on or before 31.08.2025, after duly issuing notice to the parties and in accordance with law.

(ii) The first respondent shall act upon the production of the web copy of the order without waiting for the certified copy of the Order.

(iii) No costs.
