C.M.P.No.4283 of 2022 C.M.P.No.4283 of 2022 in S.A.No.1193 of 2013 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This petition has been filed, seeking permission to bring on record the appellants 3 and 4 herein as legal representatives of 1st appellant and rank them as 3 and 4 appellants in S.A.No.1193 of 2013.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1, 4 to 13.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that in S.A.No.41 of 2005, K.Theerthagiri Chettiar was shown as 1st respondent and he seeks time to file application to bring legal heirs in S.A.No.41 of 2005 also.
4. It is reported that one of legal heirs of the deceased K.Theerthagiri's was already on record in S.A.No.1193 of 2013 as 2nd appellant. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to bring other legal heirs of the deceased K.Theerthagiri and hence, he prays to allow the present petition.
5. Since the parties are the same in S.A.No.41 of 2005 and since it has been pending from the year 2005, it would be appropriate to order suo motu impleadment of the two legal heirs of the respondent and also D.Ravi, who is the second appellant in S.A.No.1193 of 2013 as respondents in S.A.No.41 of 2005.

6. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
7. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in both the second appeals accordingly and post these matters on 29.11.2022.
