Prayer: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent Commission with regard to the Publication of list of candidates sponsored for the Main Examination published on 18.05.2012 with regard to the Preliminary Examination conducted on 05.06.2011 for Group-I Services Examination notified by the Advt. No.257 dated 29.12.2010 and 1/4

quash the same and consequently direct the respondent Commission to prepare a fresh List of candidates by applying the reservation as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Rajesh Kumar Daria Vs. Rajasthan Public Service Commission reported in (2007) 8 SCC 785 and consequently direct the respondent Commission to conduct a Special Main Examination for the petitioner.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and the same may also be closed.
