Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to extend the benefit of G.O.Ms.No.234, School Education(G-2) Department, dated 10-09-2009 to the petitioners and count the service rendered by the Petitioners in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher prior to 1-6-1988 along with the service rendered in the post of Primary School Headmaster and accordingly fix their pay in the selection/special grades of Primary School Headmaster and grant them all consequential benefits.
