ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to fix a date for the final hearing in R.P.No.155/2022, pending on the file of first respondent for speedy disposal.

2. The petitioner is the hereditary trustee with an interest in the affairs of the temple. The revision petition is pending and therefore, the petitioner seeks the early disposal of the revision petition.

3. In view of the limited prayer that is made, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage without notice to the fourth respondent.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the R.P.No. 155 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible and in any event not later than 31.08.2025. The authority shall act upon the production of the website-uploaded copy of this order without waiting for the certified copy of the order. No costs.
