Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the vehicle has been seized and therefore, he seeks for closure of this application, subject to the usual condition to be imposed.

2. Though notice was served on the respondent in this application, he has not chosen to appear either in person or through counsel. His name is printed in the cause list. Learned Advocate Commissioner has not filed his report.

3. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, this application is closed subject to the following condition: The vehicle shall not be alienated or altered or encumbered without further orders from this Court or the Arbitrator or until the completion of the Arbitration Proceedings and if award is passed, the applicant shall be at liberty to proceed as per law. The Arbitration proceedings, if not already initiated, should be initiated within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
