Alleging that the petitioner is put to harassment by the Inspector of Police, R3 Police Station, Chennai, the petitioner has filed this petition.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that under the guise of enquiry, the Inspector of Police, R3 Ashok Nagar Police Station, who is the subordinate to the respondents, has been repeatedly calling the petitioner for interrogation and thus, causing harassment.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents has given assurance that the petitioner would be called for interrogation, if need be by issuing summons. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
