This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 am. Until further orders of this Hon'ble court on 08.08.2023 in Crl.MP.No.11645 of in Crl.OP.No.15069 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e. First working day of every month, till filing of charge sheet.
