This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 07.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.9958 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10678 of 2023 to report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., on every 1st and 16th day of English Calendar months until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the the respondent police once in a month i.e., on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
