Crl.M.P.No.2745 of 2020 in Crl.A.SR.No.8417 of 2020 P.RAJAMANICKAM.J., This petition has been filed by the appellant / Accused No.6 to condone the delay of 23 days in filing appeal.

2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner is in jail and he was not able to arrange funds for filing appeal in time and hence there is a delay of 23 days in filing appeal. It appears that the said reason is acceptable one. Hence, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

3.In the result, this petition is allowed.
