Contempt Petition No.423 of 2023 N. SATHISH KUMAR, J mvs.

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the orders of this Court, made in W.P.No.3072 of 2023, dated 2/2/2023.

2. Heard Mr.V.Elangovan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi, learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the said tender was finalised on the date of the order of the writ petition, i.e., on 2/2/2023. Hence, petitioner's plea was not considered.
