ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint dated 11.05.2015 and proceed further in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police. 3.The complainant is one P.Elumalai, who is an employee of S.Govindaraj. It is stated in the complaint dated 11.05.2015 given by P.Elumalai that on 2.30 a.m., he saw some people taking away some of the articles and also cash of Rs.5 lakhs from his employer's shop. Thereafter, when he enquired with them, they did not say anything and they went away. The complaint appears to be very artificial and unbelievable.

4.It is seen that the dispute is essentially between S.Govindaraj and his landlard, which has been given a criminal colour.

5.In such circumstances, no positive direction can be given to the respondent Police. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
