Prayer : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation of the offence in Crime No. 429 on the file of the District Crime Branch Krishnagiri to C.B.C.I.D. viz 3rd respondent with further direction to the said respondent to report to this Honourable Court the status of the investigation until the Police Report is filed.

O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed to direct 1st respondent to transfer the investigation of the offence in Crime No. 429 of 2015 on the file of the District Crime Branch Krishnagiri to the 3rd respondent / C.B.C.I.D. and to report the status of the investigation until the Police Report is filed.
2. According to the petitioner, 5th respondent in conspiracy with others fabricated the Will and cheated the defacto complainant. Hence, the petitioner given a complaint, dated 23.09.2015 to the 5th respondent.
3. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there are serious allegations in the complaint and the prayer sought for in this petition may kindly be granted.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that complaint given by the petitioner was taken into file and the respondents conducted a detailed enquiry in Crime No.3 of 2019 on the file of the District Crime Branch, Krishnagiri for the offences under Section, 465, 468, 471 and 420 IPC and the investigation is under progress.
5. Considering the submissions so made by the learned counsel on either side and the year of the complaint given by the petitioner, this Courts directs the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Krishnagiri to complete the enquiry and file final report in Crime No.429 of 2015, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The 5th respondent / Deputy Superintendent of Police is directed
to monitor the entire investigation and also to ensure that the investigation to be completed within the stipulated time and submit a report in this regard.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
