Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the respondent police to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.03.2022 and take necessary steps to restrain the cadre of the PFI from conducting the "PFI UNITY March" in the following 5 places in Tamilnadu viz., 1.Kanchipuram, 2.Salem and 3.Ramanathapuram on the 6th of March, at 4.Pudukottai on the 10th of March 2022 and at 5.Tenkasi on the 13th March 2022, and ensure the safety of the Country, which faces danger in its unity and diversity in the name of International Islamic terrorism.

When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the request of cadres of PFI to conduct "PFI UNITY March" in five places of Tamilnadu viz., Kanchipuram, Salem, Ramanathapuram, Pudukottai and Tenkasi has been rejected by the respondent.

2.In view of the above, the prayer of the petitioner has become infructuous.

3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed as infructuous.
