(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioner/ appellant seeking to condone the delay of 98 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.
2. Despite service of notice to the 1st respondent and his name having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of him. Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the 2nd respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition seeking condonation of delay.
3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
