ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, Othakadai Police Station, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.1467 of 2025 in Crime No.722 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1467 of 2025 dated 28.01.2025 is relaxed.
