(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Order of the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai, in I.A.No.46 of 2017 in AIR (S.A.) No.328 of 2016 dated 19.06.2016, is challenged in this Revision.
2. On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Mrs.G.Jagadeeswari, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that as the main appeal AIR (S.A.) No.328 of 2016 itself has been dismissed by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai, the Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed as withdrawn and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.
