ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for their willful disobedience and flagrant violation of the order dated 05.01.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20792 of 2020

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the investigation was completed and final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Panruti and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.2 of 2021. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) further submitted that the hearing date has fixed on 29.04.2022.
