O R D E R

The petitioner herein was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- on or before 21.03.2024 to avail the opportunity of re-calling P.W.1 for further cross examination and to report compliance. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has deposited Rs.50,000/- on 01.03.2024 as per the directions of this Court. The copy of receipt issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam has been furnished.

3. In the light of the above compliance, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner herein to re-call P.W.1 and P.W.2 for cross-examination in S.T.C.No.552 of 2022 and the consequential order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam in C.M.P.Nos.687 and 693 of 2024 in S.T.C.No.552 of 2022 is hereby set aside. The petitioner herein has to cross examine the witnesses on the date witnesses are present. He shall not take any adjournment for cross examination.

4. With the above conditions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
