This petition has been filed to amend the name of the petitioner as "Depin Dhas" instead of "Bipin Dhas" in Crl.O.P.No.31663 of 2024 dated 06.01.2025.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
