The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondent to consider application dated 18.02.2024 made by the Petitioner to issue machinery certificate.

It is informed by Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent that the machinery certificate dated 01.03.2024 has been granted to the Petitioner and its copy has been placed on record. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also acknowledges its receipt in court today. In view of the same, nothing remains for consideration in the Writ Petition. In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed.
