The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a certiorarified mandamus calling for the records and quash the impugned order in letter No.100310/R1/2014 dated 20.06.2014 passed by the second respondent and for consequential relief. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that subsequent to the issuance of impugned order dated 20.06.2014, the petitioner's institute was permitted to participate in the Technical Examination and the students had also participated in the examinations.

3.In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
