This writ petition has been filed in a nature of Certiorarified Mandamus seeking interference with an order dated 25.05.2015 on the file of the 4th respondent and to quash he same and forbear the 5th respondent from installing a mobile tower in the roof top of the premises of the 6th respondent at Plot No.112, Door No.8, Ashok Nagar, Old Washermanpet, Chennai - 81 without obtaining clearance certificate from various authority. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the issue raised in the writ petition has now become infructuous to be adjudicated.
3.There is a also representation on behalf of the 5th respondent. 4.It is uniformly represented that the mobile tower has now been erected is being put to use and the general public are also availing services.
