Application No.3225 of 2021 V.PARTHIBAN.,J.

Seeking leave to file suit as against the second respondent/second defendant, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application.

2. The suit is filed for recovery of money.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the Head Office of the first respondent is at Chennai but the second respondent who is acting as per the instructions of the first respondent is residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court. To avoid multiplicity of proceedings, leave is necessary to file single suit in respect of all the items of suit properties, the learned counsel contended.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and taking note of the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
