ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition at later stage, if found necessary. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to the said effect.

2. In view of the above facts, the writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
