This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to relax five years of age of the petitioners as per the Government Order in GO.Ms.No.98 Personnel Administrative Reforms(S) Department, dated 17.07.2006 to consider them for the post of Helper.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

On perusal or records, now the petitioners are aged around 45 years and as such their ages are barred for applying to any post. Therefore, the writ petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed. 2/4

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
