This petition has been filed to relax the condition that ''the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 p.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders", imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29407 of 2024 dated 25.11.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in Paragraph No.7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.29407 of 2024 dated 25.11.2024 is relaxed.
