This Court passed an order directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner for Educational loan. The petitioner, alleging that the order has not been complied with, filed this contempt petition.

2. When the contempt petition came up on 17.11.2014, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and it was adjourned. Even today none appears on behalf of the petitioner. It is not known as to whether the respondent has already complied with the order, i.e. during the currency of the contempt petition. Since the petitioner is absent today, it is not possible to ascertain the present factual position.
3. The contempt petition is closed.
