ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 3 imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every first Saturday of the month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.18387 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26179 of 2024 dated 06.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26179 of 2024 dated 19.11.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.18387 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26179 of 2024 dated 06.01.2025 is relaxed.
