The petitioner/A2 who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(1), 5(1)(a) of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 in Crime No.4 of 2024 on the file of the respondent, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is stated that the petitioner is a lease owner of the premises where prostitution took place and three victims had been rescued. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner was not in the place of occurrence. A3 had been arrested and had been granted bail.
4.Taking all the factors into consideration, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
