ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of Certified Copy of the Typed Set in OS 147 of 2025, pending before the II Additional. City Civil Court, Chennai in the civil revision petition.

2. It is seen from the memorandum of grounds that the petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.147 of 2025. The petitioner is expected to file certified copy of the plaint along with the adjudication status. Since the same are not filed, the petitioner filed the instant petition seeking to dispense with certified copy of the typed set in the said suit, instead of seeking dispense with of the production of certified copy of the plaint and adjudication status. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the instant petition is not properly framed.

3. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh dispense with petition with proper prayer. 25-02-2026 MST
