ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by order dated 04.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.29745 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29745 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024 is relaxed.
