This petition has been filed to record the second petitioner as the legal representative of the deceased first petitioner and to bring on record the third petitioner as legal heir and rank her as third petitioner. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the second respondent has no objection in allowing this petition.

3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and considering the fact that no objection raised on behalf of the learned counsel for the second respondent in allowing this petition, this petition is allowed.
