O R D E R
The relief sought for in this Writ petition is to direct the respondent to pay Death Cum Retirement Gratuity (D.C.R.G.) due to the petitioners with interest at 18% on the delayed payment of D.C.R.G. within the time framed by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondent Corporation informed this Court that the petitioners have given already a letter of representation to the Corporation stating that they will co-operate for adjudicating the audit objections relating to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
In the event of such co-operation, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the respondent will take a decision and pass final orders in respect of the settlement of all the terminal and pensionary benefits due to the writ petitioners.
3. In view of the undertaking given by the learned Additional Advocate General in this regard, this Court is inclined to direct the petitioners to co-operate for adjudicating the audit objections in relation to the writ petitioners and thereafter, the respondent is directed to take a decision in this regard on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders in respect of disbursement of D.C.R.G., to the writ petitioners as per rules. The said exercise to be carried out within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
