Seeking a direction to the second respondent Police to register the complaint dated 14.04.2015 and file a final report in accordance with law within stipulated time, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3. It appears that the petitioner has given a complaint to the Superintendent of Police. Therefore, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to go in person to give a complaint dated 14.04.2015 to the Inspector of Police of the concerned jurisdiction and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. 4.With the above observation, this petition is closed.
