ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to conduct further investigation and include all other accused persons involved in Crime No.107 of 2024 dated 02.11.2024, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 14.01.2025 which is pending on the file of the second respondent.
2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation in Crime No.107 of 2024 has been completed and the final report was filed before the Special Court for POCSO Act, Villupuram on 05.01.2025.
3. In view of the above submission, no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent and as such, the question of transfer of investigation does not arise. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
