(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 24.04.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.9985 of 2017 has not been complied https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.In the affidavit filed by the second respondent, it has been stated that as against the action taken, an appeal has been preferred before the Government, which is still pending consideration.

3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application seeking to implead himself as party respondent in the pending appeal.
