ORDER

The order passed in the main writ petition enured in favour of the writ petitioner and also in favour of all those parties who had signed the memorandum of understanding. Therefore, if the said order has not been complied with by issuing patta, the petitioner can independently file a writ petition seeking for a direction to act upon the earlier order passed in WP.No.27509 of 2019, dated 31.08.2020. It is not necessary for this Court to recall the earlier order for this purpose. Hence, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition.
