This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the provisions of Law under Section 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 351(3) of BNS Act read with 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act instead of under Section 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 353(3) of BNS Act read with 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act in connection with Crime No.336 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.No.1439 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.34546 of 2025 vide order dated 30.01.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. The learned Government Advocate has no serious objection for allowing this petition.
