Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 1st respondent alter the FIR and insert under Section 23, 448, 427, 457, 120(b) of IPC in Crime. No. 723 of 2018 dated 15.10.2018 filed by the respondent.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to alter the FIR and insert under Sections 23, 448, 427, 457, 120(b) of IPC in Crime. No. 723 of 2018 dated 15.10.2018 filed by the respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the FIR in Crime No.723 of 2018 pending on the file of the second respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed on 16.10.2018 as 'Mistake of Fact' and the closure report has also been filed before the concerned jurisdictional Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
