Respondents Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act r/w Article 215 of The Constitution of India to punish the respondents for the deliberate violation of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.18288 of 2013 dated 22.10.2013.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) Alleging that the respondents have disobeyed the

order dated 22 October 2013 passed in W.P.No.18288 of 2013, the petitioner has come up with this Contempt Petition.

2.On 22 October 2013, while disposing of the writ petition, a Division Bench of this Court passed the following order:

"8. The petitioner is directed to file an affidavit explaining as to how the said V.Krishna, S/o.(late) Veerappa is related to the petitioner and the State Level Scrutiny Committee is directed to get a report from the concerned Tahsildar/Revenue Divisional Officer regarding the proof of relationship and consider the claim of the petitioner afresh and pass orders within a period of two months from the date of submission/affidavit by the petitioner."

3.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the process has already been initiated. She further submits that the vigilance enquiry report is awaited and as such, the respondents may be given some more time. It is submitted that there is no wilful disobedience.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, further four weeks' time from today is granted to the respondents to comply with the order and pass appropriate orders.
