ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to deposit 40% of the cheque amount, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order as imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.489 of 2026 in

Crl.RC.No.77 of 2026 dated 20.01.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant extension of time. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
