ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register an FIR on a complaint dated 21.05.2016 given by the petitioner with the 2nd respondent and to investigate into the matter in accordance with law and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to file final report in the said matter.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the petitioner's complaint dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

21.05.2016, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.132 of 2015, before the second respondent.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1], otherwise, the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
