The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2025 and pass suitable orders for raising the order of attachment dated 23.04.2004 passed in O.A.No.14 of 2003, and consequently direct the EOW, Coimbatore and the Revenue Officials of the Udumalpet Taluk, to return the petitioner's property situated in S.F.No.365/1A, 365/2 & 365/1, measuring 5.96 Acres with 7 HP Motor, of Sankaramanallur Village, within the jurisdiction of the Kaniyur SRO, and referred to as Item No.3 of the Schedule to the petition in O.A.No.14 of 2003 to the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is A7 in C.C.No.26 of 2001. After trial, the petitioner was acquitted from all the charges. When the properties belonged to the petitioner are already attached and made absolute by the trial Court in O.A.No.14 of 200, now the petitioner in this writ petition seek for a direction to the respondents for attachment. The petitioner ought to have approached the trial Court for appropriate relief. The order relating direction sought for in this writ petition cannot be given by this Court. 3.In the result, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
