Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2014 and further direct him to remove the names of 4th and 5th respondents from patta No.525, to the property situated in S.F.No.57/1 to an extent of 0.36.5 Hec, in Perumalrajupet Village, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District and to give separate patta in the name of the petitioner.

By consent, the writ petition is take up for final disposal.

The petitioner submitted a representation dated 03.12.2014 to the second respondent stating among other things that she is the absolute owner of the land measuring 0.36.5 hectare situated in S.F.No.57/1, Perumalrajupet village, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District and in spite of it, joint patta has been given in favour of the respondents 4 and 5 along with the petitioner. Since no action has been taken on the said representation, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.A.Gouthaman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Roofus Abraham, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

4. This Court, without going into the merits of the representation of the petitioner, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 03.12.2014, after putting on notice the respondents 4 and 5 and pass orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 and 5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
