This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent police not to harass the petitioners.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there is a money dispute between the petitioners and the counter party/second respondent herein. In this regard, the petitioners have made a representation dated 15.02.2019 before the first respondent and the same is pending.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the first respondent to conduct enquiry with the petitioners and the counter party and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. In view of the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
